Regulatory status
Üstü Kalsın is a project of a micro-saving application in crypto-assets. The application is under development and is not yet provided to end users. The site ustukalsin.pl currently functions as an informational/marketing site and as a waitlist signup.
After product launch, crypto-asset services will be provided through a licensed CASP (Crypto-Asset Service Provider) operating under Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCA), passported into Poland under Article 65 MiCA. At launch, this section will be updated with the full licensed entity details, national register numbers, and the supervisory authority.
Connection to the User's bank account is provided through a certified Account Information Service Provider (AISP) operating under directive PSD2 (2015/2366). The Operator does not store the User's online banking credentials.
Supervisory authority for MiCA in Poland
The competent authority for crypto-asset market supervision in Poland (once the domestic implementing act enters into force) will be the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF), ul. Piękna 20, 00-549 Warszawa, knf.gov.pl.

Project context
Üstü Kalsın is being developed under the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme — a European Commission initiative supporting cooperation between entrepreneurs from different EU member states. The cooperation concerns the Türkiye – Poland track in 2026.

Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution. Information is available at uokik.gov.pl and on the EU ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
