Trust & compliance

Crypto + finance + bank data = three very serious commitments. We treat them that way.

MiCA

CASP registration

Üstü Kalsın operates through a licensed MiCA CASP in an EU member state, passported into Poland under MiCA Art. 65. Poland's domestic crypto-asset market act is currently in legislative process; this does not affect our right to provide services in Poland.

PSD2

Open Banking

We never store your bank credentials. Connection is via a certified AIS (Account Information Service) provider under PSD2. Consent is renewed every 180 days as the law requires. We will remind you in good time.

Custody

Segregated funds

Your crypto-assets are held by a MiCA-licensed institutional custodian (BitGo Europe GmbH, BaFin-regulated). Each user has an individually accounted balance, reconciled on-chain daily.

Insurance

Per MiCA Art. 75

Liability for asset loss is limited to market value, as set out in MiCA Art. 75. User funds are covered by a digital asset insurance policy at sub-custodian level. Policy details available on request via the legal section.

AML / KYC

Identity verification

Full KYC under AMLD6. We support mojeID and eIDAS 2.0 EUDI Wallet — full verification in under 30 seconds. Travel Rule (TFR 2023/1113) — zero threshold as EU law requires.

GDPR

Your data — your control

Personal data processed only in the EU. Full access, rectification, deletion rights. We do not sell data. We do not advertise based on behavioural transaction data.

Only MiCA-compliant assets

We list only stablecoins issued by entities compliant with MiCA Title III/IV: USD Coin (Circle Europe), EURC. Tether (USDT) is not available in Poland under current MiCA requirements.
